Lincoln Cemetery in Atlanta has the records for Hollywood and Magnolia cemeteries in Atlanta. They are now charging a $3 fee per name researched--which they say is due to a recent legislation imposed by the Georgia Secy of State. Didn't know that a secy of state could impose legislation--legislation belongs to the legislature. Any one aware of this new rule?? This makes it difficult to ask for a copy of the lot record to see who is one there that one does not even know about. Joan Straka
