I'm sure they will let you on the base as long as it is not some high security base. Even then they will probably allow you to come on the base to visit the cemetery but you will have a baby-sitter with you. The military base in Hinesville (Fort Stewart) has several cemeteries contained within its boarders. I believe relatives are free to visit as they please. Steven Elkins Savannah, GA.
