Back in the 1940s and 50s I believe there were Satterwhites in the LaGrange, Troup Co GA area. Gus

There were SATTERWHITES in the Troup and Harris Counties back in the late 1800's also. My ancestor was Mourning SATTERWHITE that married Matthew CALDWELL in Jasper Co, GA In 1813. Their daughter Rebecca CALDWELL married Kimbrel ESTES in Troup Co, GA in 1837. Rebecca sister, Elizabeth married David ESTES in Troup Co in 1839. Would like to hear from anyone that is doing research on these families.
