I've been meaning to photograph it, and have never enquired about the name, but I'm there frequently (I'm travelling past the cemetery probably ten times per week). It's not in mint condition, but it seems someone is keeping it reasonably clear of undergrowth (it isn't nearly in as bad a shape as Sylvester Cemetery was in before the Sylvester Cemetery Foundation was formed and cleaned it up).
