You might try calling the Hart County Library Phone: 706-376-4655. It's not a huge library, but they might know a location or atleast be able to point you in the right direction. After looking online, the thought crossed my mind that the name might have been changed, but I'm not sure. Hartwell isn't a very large town, so the library should know. :) Carly
