The names I am looking for are: Susan Wilson Whedbee & Joseph(husband). Eliza Ansley Whedbee d/o above. She never married James, son of Susan & Joseph. He died in Athens a very young man. Mary Jane Whedbee married Marcus Heath, my line Julia Whedbee married Hugh A Fraser. I am not positive that Joseph was the name of Susans husband, but that is what I have been told. I believe he died between 1820 and 1830. I have never been able to find him on census records. I know Susan was from NC and Eliza and Mary Jane were born in TN. I think their son was born in GA. The family lived almost all of their lives around the Atlanta area.

They were both born around 1800 and died sometime after 1880. I believe they would be either in Heard County, GA; Cullman County, Al; or Dekalb County, GA. Their two sons moved in the early 1880s, and I am starting to wonder if perhaps they moved with one of them; either to Atlanta or Cullman/Morgan County Al. If there is anyone with any cemetery books of these areas that could look for the surname Maddux, I would greatly appreciate it.
