Tenn in the early 40's.** Cookeville, Tn Fate, Frank & sister Ann, these 3 were brothers & sister. Not sure if the name Fate was his correct name. I believe that there is some relation ship ties to my grandfather, George Allen Manier of the putnam & jackson co's Tenn. Would like to know the parents of these Fuqua's If their mother or grandmother was a Manier ?
