I believe her parents were : William Fuqua (b: 1791 ?) and Francis ? . My research has shown that she married Travis Carter (her brother-in law) after her sister Patsey passed away. I then show that She Married George Cutforth probably around 1870 and probably in adams county IL . I also believe Lucy and George Cutforth had at least 1 child (William Francis Cutforth b: 1871) and maybe as many as 3 children. Does anyone have any information that would confirm my research. And Also, if anyone has any dates as to her actual birth or death I would be forever grateful. Thank you. Debbie Lewenczuk
