The parents of George W Fuqua were Stephen Fuqua, born 1809 in Charlotte Co, VA and Caroline Gentry born 1811 in TN and died in 1864. Stephen and Caroline were married 4 Feb 1834 in Gibson Co, TN and I show 8 children. Stephen was the son of Doctor Franklin Fuqua (Doctor was his name not his occupation) and Elizabeth Weatherford.
