I recently posted a message looking for confirmation that Walter S. Fuqua was the father of Silas Watt Fuqua. However, this is a project I started a few months ago and then dropped. When I looked back at what I had, I realized that I already have that information (although I'm still unsure who Silas' mother was... Ann Pate? Susan Morris?) Anyway, I am actually working on one generation back... does anyone have information on the father of Walter S.? His name was David and he went to Tennessee from Halifax County. I am going to look further into it... but if anyone had a middle initial, or any other interesting tidbits I would love to hear it!
