When Thomas Owen (supposed father of Priscilla Owen Fuqua) wrote his will in 1741 in Henrico County VA., he gave a negro girl to Ralph Fuqua and Priscilla his wife, for life, and then to their son John if he lives to 21. If he dies, then to Elizabeth Fuqua, daughter of said Ralph and Priscilla. I think we can assume from this that John Fuqua was not 21 years old in 1741, and apparently neither was his sister, Elizabeth.
