Yes, that is exactly who I am looking for. I checked it out and, though I don,t know when Richard Vincent Fuqua married Bessie Wheeler, I found Richard in the 1910 census living with his mother. In 1920 Richard and Bessie were married and had children: Iva Lee born abt 1904, Mary E born abt 1912 and Beulah born abt 1916. I would guess that Bessie was married before and some or all of these children were stepchildren to Richard. Since there is such a great difference in the ages of these children and the age of Billie C, the other daughter in the 1930 census, I would guess that Billie was the only daughter of Richard and Bessie.
