Hello I am trying to trace my Husband's G Father's family. ROBERT FULTON was born in Glasgow [do not know year] at the age of approx 18 he walked to Liverpool where he joined the Army and was immediately shipped abroad to India. He stayed in India until he died. He married AGNES JAYNE JASPER [GASPER} who was possibly of Armenian extraction. They had six or possibly seven children, ROBERT was the eldest and only boy, EILEEN MARGARET [born Jan 1914?] was the eldest daughter [my husbands Mother]. I know there was a daughter called KATHERINE but do not have the names of any of the other girls. They all returned to Scotland on the death of their Father including AGNES JAYNE. EILEEN is too ill to help and I am not sure that she would as there is a great reluctance of this generation to speak of their backgrounds. There must be some members of the family still alive and living in Scotland. Please get in touch my husband ROBERT is also v ill and would love to trace his history.
