Thank you Irene. Your summary is most impressive and compelling. How about William Fulton named in the Will of James Fulton of York County, PA? I've suspected that William Fulton who acquired land at North Milford Hundred (present Cecil Co, MD) was the brother of John Fulton born at Lanarkshire, Scotland. Both John and William Fulton served as elders in the Oxford Presbyterian Church (formerly known as the East Nottingham Associate Presbyterian Church). Family history relates that William Fulton of North Milford Hundred walked past The Rock Presybterian Church to attend the Oxford Church. The Wills of both John Fulton and William Fulton were witnessed by Philip Scott, a member of the Oxford Presbyterian Church. On 11 December 1764, both John Fulton and William Fulton, were security for Margaret, widow of Thomas Logan, deceased of Chester Co, PA. A Robert Fulton (?) was appointed guardian of the three Logan children. Patrice Fulton Stark Lone Tree, Colorado
