Hi, All, Still trying to find the parents of John H. FULTON, my 4th great grandfather, b. ??, m. Esther WELLS 1816, d. 1827 in Crawford Co., IL. A couple who closely fit the time/place are Thomas FULTON whose marriage bond with Catherine LYNCH in Orange Co, NC was 2 Oct 1792. (I have recently found that my John H. FULTON had a son Thomas, who had a son John H., so I would guess that my John's father was a Thomas, as well.)
