N Meridian- Ohio River Survey Acres 78.39 Counties: Morgan Whereas Hugh Fulton of Harrison Co Ohio Act of Congress 24th April 1820 entitled "an act making further provisions for the sale of Public Lands". Said tract has been purchased by said Hugh Fulton In Testimony whereof John Qunicy Adams I'm looking for MY HUGH FULTON from Somerset Co Pa. and his son Jacob. They were to have moved to Ohio and Jacob is said to have died in Dover ca 1847. Jacob's widow ,Catherine Cassandra, moved back to Fayette Co. Pa. with her children. Son, Simon, is said to have been born in Dover in 1838. I can not find them in that area. I know Dover is in Tusc. Co. but not sure how far Tusc. & Harrison Cos are apart. Any help appreciated Kath
