Have a super day. Connie The 69th Annual Fulton Reunion will be held Sunday, August 13, 2000 at McKendree Church Social Hall, Airville, PA. McKendree Church is on Route 74 in southern York County, PA. Approx. 13 miles south of Red Lion (Rt. 74/24 jct.) on right side traveling south and about 2-1/2 miles north of Route 74/372 junction, on left side traveling north. This is a quaint hall with bathrooms, sinks, refrigerator, etc., and is wheelchair accessible. We will have a covered dish meal starting around 1:00pm, a business meeting around 2:30pm followed by a history discussion and socializing. Please bring your own dinnerware, utensils and nonalcoholic beverage. Note: if you are traveling any distance to attend, don't worry about a covered dish, we always have plenty of food. We are the descendants of James Fulton, who came to York County and settled in Hopewell Township around 1769, and died around 1772. Two of his sons served in the York County Militia during the Revolutionary War. A later descendant, Henry Clay Fulton was a PA State Senator in 1849. We have descendants throughout the United States and maintain a mailing list. We hope to have a family history document available in the next few years, if we haven't contacted you please contact us.
