Hi, Sorry, I do not have any other info on Henry Fulton, I do hope to go to the NYC National Arcives soon and see what I can find. I came across his name while I was doing some research in Pa on my husbands side of the family. I will keep your post in mind if I find out anything. Have you ever tried to get the vital stat on your William Fulton? Did he die in PA? When did he die?
