Dear FULTON researchers: My father has the certificate presented to Abraham and Margaret FULTON by the Presbyterian Church at Dunboe, Articlave, Northern Ireland, in his possession. To the best of my knowledge, this is the original, dated 1772. I have photographed this certificate with a digital camera (no flash!) and would be happy to share the file with you. The certificate reads: "Whereas Abraham Fulton with his wife & Family are now removing from this country to the continent of America this is to Inform Whom it may concern that they were born and lived untill the date hereof on if parish and beheaved in a sober & Christian manner and Now leaves us free from any publick Scandall or State Censure Certified at Articlave 26th day of may 1772 by Wm Knox V. & M.
