It was provided to her by her father-in-law based on data collected by Mary Ellen Fulton Evans in July of 1994. She states that most of Mary Ellen's efforts were concentrated on Peter McMullen Fulton Jr (Nov 28 1896-Sep 18 1916) and Melissa Ann Jeffers (July 3 1869-Dec 25 1943). She further comments that after reviewing the data she is also suspicious of the "John Fulton (1713-?)" information.
