The News-Gazette Tuesday, December 7, 1999 EDNA FULTON Arthur - Funeral services for Edna Barbara Mundorf Fulton, 96, of Arthur will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Shrader Funeral home, 431 S. Vine St., Arthur. The Rev. Ralph W. Deal will officiate. Burial will be in Arthur Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Fulton died at 10 a.m. Sunday (Dec. 5, 1999) at The Arthur Home. She was born march 10, 1903, near Marshall, a daughter of George and Katherine Huppert Mundorf. She married Edgar Fulton on March 16, 1934, in Sullivan. He died May 4, 1993. Survivors include a son, Elvon E. Fulton of Sullivan; a daughter, Verlyn K. Rosenberger of Decatur; three step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters. Mrs. Fulton graduated as valedictorian of Marshall High School in 1922. She attended Charleston Teachers College, now Eastern Illinois University. She was a retired teacher, having taught for more than 34 years in Clark, Douglas and Moultrie counties. She was a member of the Jonathon Creek Household Science Club, a charter member of the Arthur Bible Study Group and a member of First Baptist Church of Arthur.
