Arthur Fulton (1783-186?), second son of David Fulton of Grayson Co, VA, moved to Rhea Co, TN, around 1817. He remained in this area until about 1837 and then moved to Harrisonville, Cass County (now Van Buren County) MIssouri. Blanche Tompkins and Sally Mayberry are direct descendants of Arthur and his wife Naomi Ann Jones. Blanche and I spent most of our time in Salt Lake City researching Arthur, his children, his brothers and other connections in Rhea County, TN. Why do you ask?
