Because I knew I'd have a difficult time proving all of this, I made big 11" x 17" photocopies of all three pages and then, because I was in a hurry, I decided to copy the entire Seneca Township (pages 492-513). I even noticed a few extra names on page 490/1 underneath the totals for Phelps Township, so I copied that page too. When I finally sat down to look over all the information, I was astonished to find an UNINDEXED FULTON on page 506! That's right! "John Foulton".
