How can I go about finding birth certificate on EDWARD A. FULLER? The 1900 census for Burlington County, NJ indicates he was born in New York in 1857. I have no idea what city/county. On his marriage certificate, he lists his father as ELVA (ALVAH?), also born in New York. EDWARD was married in Pemberton Twp., NJ to HELEN STRATTON in 1891. Also, is anyone researching this family?
