    3. Greetings Fuller list! My name is Katherine Borges and I'm an Ezekiel Fuller descendant. About the same time as Harlan and your list were discussing DNA testing last Fall 2003, I broached the subject of DNA testing to the Ezekiel Fuller Rootsweb list. At that time, only one person expressed interest and ended up taking the DNA test. (I found out later.) Since no one on the Ezekiel list responded in setting up a DNA project, and I'm experienced as an admin. for another DNA project, I set-up a Fuller DNA test through Family Tree DNA this past June. We've had 4 Fuller males participate so far and at least two are probably related, we're just waiting for the 25-marker results to come in. Here's a link to our Fuller Surname project site: http://www.familytreedna.com/public/fuller/ As you can see, it's primary focus is Ezekiel, but the project goals should be of interest to ALL American Fullers. If there are any Fuller males who would like to participate, they can join through the website or I can send them a "join authorization". It's $169 to take the 25-marker test through the group, and $229 if you do not test through the group. Either way, if you match Fuller males in the database, the matches will show on your list. If there are Fuller males who wish to participate, and later wish to form their own Fuller surname project with a different group administrator, that's totally fine with me. I tried the link to the Fuller Society, but got the "white page of death". Does anyone know if they've moved their site? To answer Joy's DNA questions in the archives: Yes, only males may take the test. It's because they use the Y-chromosome for the test, and since females do not have a "Y"... Feel free to e-mail me direct with any other questions you may have... ~Katherine
