    3. Hi Judy, My name is Kathy, and I thought I would send a quick reply to your post. Probably no connection, but who knows... I have a little info on two Williams in my line, so I will share what I have... I have my Benjamin Fuller, born NYC in the late 1700s. He married a woman name unknown and had 4 children with her. Their children were Joseph, Andrew, Emily, and Charlotte. Of these children, Andrew had a small farm on Staten Island and a son named William. William later worked for many years with H.B. Chaflin & Co., prominent wholesalers in dry goods. I have no further information on this William, or any dates for the above people. My Benjamin Fuller later married a second time, to Margaret Cahoon, and 12 children with her. The eldest was my ancestor Henry Cahoon Fuller born 1824, who later was in command of the ship "Winifred" in approx 1857/1858. He was later on the Steamer Metropolis in Baltimore MD, where he died from injuries from a fall onboard the ship in 1875. Another of Benjamin and Margaret's children was a son named William. I have absolutely no information on him, other than that fact, not even his birth order. The only other thing I can tell you are the names of some of Benjamin and Margaret's children, and that all were born NYC, prior to 1842. The children were: Henry Cahoon Fuller, Robert, Frank, Mary, Ettie/Hettie. Truman, William, George, and maybe a Benjamin and Henrietta. The names of the other children are unknown. I do know that Henry was the firstborn, and Ettie/Hettie that last. I hope you find a connection! I am helping a FULLER descendant find his ancestors. He also has been told that his Fullers are related to the Mayflower Fullers. I found his family in New York City in 1860, but have never been able to identfy them in 1850 and 1870. Is anyone able to help please. This might give us the clues to find William Fuller's origins. Aspinwall Fuller was the direct ancestor and he became an engineer. Sue Fuller, his mother was Susan Taylor BLACK dau of Furman BLACK and Sarah Ann ROGERS. Sarah Ann Rogers was the dau of Moses Rogers, the Captain of the "Savannah" the first steam ship to cross the Atlantic.
