    1. David C. FULLER b. 1818 Onondaga Co., N.Y. son of Reuben FULLER
    2. odie
    3. Taken from the Portrait and Biographical Album of Mecosta County Michigan 1883------Chapman Brothers. David C. FULLER, attorney, Millbrook village, was born in Onondaga Co., N.Y., Jan. 28, 1818. His father, Reuben FULLER, was a native of Connecticut, and his mother Hannah (SCOTT) FULLER, was born in Dutchess Co., N.Y. They first settled in Otsego Co., N.Y., afterwards removing to Onondaga County in that state. The early life of Mr. FULLER was passed in Madison Co., N.Y. In the fall of 1836, when he was 18 years old, he came to Adams, Hillsdale Co., Mich, where he lived until the spring of 1881, with the exception of five years, which period he lived in Wisconsin and Adrain, Mich. In the spring of 1881, he came to Mecosta County and fixed his residence in the township of Millbrook. Mr. FULLER obtained his elementary education in the common schools of his native State and attended an academy in Onondaga County two terms. In 1854 he began to prepare for his profession, and was admitted to the Bar in Wisconsin, Oct. 8, 1858. He was admitted to the practice in the courts of Michigan August 2, 1882, and is actively engaged in the duties of his profession at Millbrook. He was married in Adams, Hillsdale County, Aug. 22, 1843, to Abigail T., daughter of Jacob and Theodicea (HART) JACKSON. She was born in Victor, Ontario Co., N.Y., June 14, 1823, and died April 1, 1883, in Millbrook, leaving four children, Morris R., Caroline A., Lucetta L., and Anson D. Mrs. FULLER was an active and prominent member of the M. E. Church (as is Mr. FULLER), and lived for her family, where she was a model of all the domestic virtues; and in her death the household has met a loss which can never be supplied. Mr. FULLER records himself a Republican "dyed in the wool." He has been in official positions in the various places where he has resided, and in 1854 united with the order of Odd Fellows at Hillsdale.

    1. Children of Henry Fuller>Caswell County
    2. Peggy C. Keen
    3. Hello List, As for Henry Fuller having a son named William, I have found no documentated evidence of it. Henry had 14 children listed in his will in Caswell County in 1788. William was not among them. I believe it is possible this Henry was married before his marriage to Catherine Salling in 1751. As for the children, Peter,Sarah I can't say for sure who their Mother was. But Keziah definitely was the child of Catherine, because in TN court documents of 1853, she says she is 85 years old. This would make her born in abt 1768, well after the 1751 marriage to Catherine. God Bless!!! Peggy C. (Fuller) Keen Website: http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Valley/5049 *********************************************************** AMERICAN BY BIRTH, DAUGHTER OF THE MOUNTAINS BY THE GRACE of GOD...Diana Kinzer Heath *********************************************************** Hello List, I have Moses Fuller possibly the son of William Fuller, Caswell Co., NC. Land records and deeds confirm that Moses was probably the son of William Fuller of SC. I am searching for the parents of William. I have seen where Henry and Nehemiah Fuller of Caswell and Person Co's. both had a son name William. Henry by his 1st wife, Elizabeth Cox; Peter,Sarah,Keziah,William. Some records show that all these children except William are by his wife Catherine Salling. There is no mention of a William. Does anyone know which is right? Does anyone have documentation of proof for who Henry's children were and by which wife? Thanks for any help you can give. JMurphy

My great grandmother was: Elvira Vernella Fuller, b. Livermore, ME according to my grandfather's marriage certificate but I can't find her yet and some listings that sound like her family say Camden, ME?? She was b. 1822. Her parents are said to be Ezra Fuller and Sarah (Sally) Soule but I have yet to find more or ligetimate sources! -Fran [email protected]

    1. Re: Children of Henry Fuller>Caswell County
    2. Hi, I don't have any documented proof that Henry had a son name William, only what I have found on other websites. I have seen the will for Henry also and I know there isn't a William listed, but on this website, it says Henry died in 1790 and also that William died before 1790, so it is possible that he died after William did, altho he made no provisions for William's children. This is just a thought, and William could also have been a son of Nehemiah. It also says Keziah was born 1742. A website by Richard L. Fuller, shows a William born 1745. Please let me know what you think, I haven't written him yet, so I don't know where he got his info. go to, http://www.familytreemaker.com/users/f/u/l/Richard-L-Fuller Thanks for the help, JMurphy

    2. > Should I be looking for William Hardee Fuller Or William A Fuller BOTH. The A could be a "typo". A script A could easily look like an H. Especially on middle initials. But then... maybe he had 2 middle names, or a nickname. so yes, look for both. (although I would guess the spelled out name is more correct.) not sure if this was the answer you wanted...
