Thanks for your responses. After a bit more testing, it appears that the freezing issue only happens when I am trying to paste facts to a particular person. So, I deleted that person and then re-entered her information. I can now paste facts to her without problems. Hopefully, this was an isolated issue. Very much appreciate your thoughts and ideas.
