Your subject line indicates a different story about your relationship and comments with FTM. Since you have not said what you are doing or how you are doing it, how can anyone even someone with AOL test, analyze and perhaps explain what is happening. Perhaps your security setting are preventing the file from being downloaded. I don't know which screen the item is appearing at the bottom of. Have you clicked on the icon or whatever it is at the bottom of the screen? Have you double clicked on it? Have you right clicked on it. I use FireFox and it has a download manager.
