I haven't experienced this particular problem but quite often FTM gets busy doing something in the background and seems to freeze. I've found it is best to wait a bit to see whether it will finish and then release control so I can do other things. Have you tried waiting a bit? Does it only happen for one person or one fact? Does the fact have a lot of sources or other information . How many people are you trying to paste the fact to?
