Not that I recall. Besides she say that FTM 2011 merges with no problem with her main file. It is just a new file which she created that is having the problem. So it is either the file or perhaps the individuals she in inputting. She says there are only 5 individuals in the new file so it could be these particular people have a lot of matches or something else is interfering with the retrieval of the records. Unfortunately I can't tell from the description where she is in the process. I don't know whether any matches are being listed in the upper larger panel or not. Or whether she is seeing the list but when she clicks on a record in the list, she is never being taken to the record. I do recall some of us had problems in retrieving the records. In other words, we would see a list of matches but when you clicked on one in the list, the program could never get to the record. You could see that it didn't get to the record because the bottom right panel would never display the individual's record information. I remember that being fixed but I don't know whether it was an update to FTM 2011 or not. It didn't happen with all matches but just enough to be irritating.
