Have you tried running the relationship calculator between [say] you and you father? Frank, For crashing: Please click on Help, then online Help Center. In the keyword search type crash and select the article for your version of Windows. Follow ALL of those steps and please right down what happens along the way. That series of articles have helped many users with CRASHING issue.
