I'm hoping this is an easy question. I have a new computer with Windows 8.1 and I've installed FTM 2014. When I perform a web search within FTM the Search Result Detail box in the lower right keeps showing this message even after I have logged in to Ancestry.com and clicked the box to remember my password: You have so much to discover Ancestry.com is the world's largest online collection of family history information. You won't believe how easily you can find your ancestors, learn their stories, and add what you discover to your family tree. Bob, Did you Register FTM2014 when you installed it? Did you Login from the Plan Workspace?
