    3. Hi Bob, That happens to me when I find a record for which my subscription does not cover. For instance I have a Ancestry UK Premium subscription but if I find a record in Australia or the USA that message appears. If you have a World wide Subscription then that is another issue.     3. OK - turned out to be something simple. Apparently I have two Ancestry.com usernames - doh! Strangely they both show that I have the World Deluxe membership (thankfully I am billed accurately for only one membership) but only one of the accounts actually works within FTM.
