I no longer have FTM 2011 installed so my comments may need a little interpreting. It sounds as though CB may have two relationship records. You can verify this by going to CB's record in the Family Work area. Look at her record in the bottom middle panel. You should see her record indicating 2 spouses. One should be JW and the other no spouse. If this is true, I think this will correct the problem. 1. Select the No Spouse relationship which should have the child, PW. 2. Enter a name for the husband. Use something link J1W 3. You should now be on the Family work area for J1W 4. In the Menu list, Click Person 5. Select Merge two specific individuals 6. A list will open, browse to and select JW 7. Click OK and answer any questions. 8. This should merge the child PW to the family for JW and CB. 9. It should also remove the spouseless relationship for CB so she should only have one spouse at this time. 10. To to the record for PW and click the Person tab. 11. Change the view to Relationship 12. Examine the relationship between PW and JW to ensure it is Natural. Also review the relationship between PW an CB to ensure it is Natural. Hope this helps.
