Very scary the first time it happened. Close and backup your family file. Have you tried cleaning the temp file? If you know how to "run", you can use that OR Go to Start, bottom left corner and in the little box directly above, type %temp%\ftw hit enter. Then go to Organize, select all, hit the delete button on your keyboard. Close that window. Works for me every time. Randy
