I'm curious. What version of Windows are you running? I am absolutely disgusted with FTM 2012 and am thinking of going back to FTM Version 16. Does anyone know if I can run it on Windows 7. I don't believe it will load over FTM 2012,. Does anyone know how I might convert to V. 16 given my circumstances.? Look forward to any suggestions out there. Very scary the first time it happened. Close and backup your family file. Have you tried cleaning the temp file? If you know how to "run", you can use that OR Go to Start, bottom left corner and in the little box directly above, type %temp%\ftw hit enter. Then go to Organize, select all, hit the delete button on your keyboard. Close that window. Works for me every time.
