When I open FTM on my laptop computer (Windows 7) it always asks this: ================================================= Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer? Program name FTM.exe Publisher Unknown File Origin Hard Drive on this computer ================================================= I'm wondering what this is. It never asked this on my old computer, an XP. If I say no, I can't access the program; so I have to say yes. I'm using the icon on the desktop to log on. Nancy

It is a "safety precation" from your new operating system. It is the same for all programs you start.
