BJ, The "Items to include" is a very helpful feature in the Custom Report and other reports and charts. It doesn't appear to be available, however, for the Relationship Chart. Am I overlooking some control or is the "Items to include" feature really not available for this chart for some reason. If this is true, you may change no only the order of the names shown for the individual but also elect to show only the last name, etc. To do this 1. Generate the Custom Report 2. Click on the "Items to include" icon (the one with the green arrow) 3. A dialog box opens showing various options and the items to be included in the report. 4. Select Name 5. Select Name Options 6. The "Options: Name" dialog box opens. 7. Click on the down arrow in the "Format" field. 8. A list of formatting options is displayed. Select the one you want. 9. Click OK until you return to the generated custom report. I hope that helps. BJ
