I'm assuming you are talking about the name shown on the Custom Report which is First name Middle name Surname. If this is true, you may change no only the order of the names shown for the individual but also elect to show only the last name, etc. To do this 1. Generate the Custom Report 2. Click on the "Items to include" icon (the one with the green arrow) 3. A dialog box opens showing various options and the items to be included in the report. 4. Select Name 5. Select Name Options 6. The "Options: Name" dialog box opens. 7. Click on the down arrow in the "Format" field. 8. A list of formatting options is displayed. Select the one you want. 9.
