    3. If you look closely you will see a small icon at the end of the window. That is the down arrow that if you click on it a drop-down menu appears with a list of all your removable drives. When you have your FTM-2014 or other version open, click on the backup under the file tab. Backup location shows as F:\ but at the end of that box you will see a down arrow. Click on that arrow and a drop-down menu is shown with all of your known removable drives. Just click on the one that you want to back up your file onto. Hi Allie, I would like to have you try the following: If you have a couple USB ports on your computer and a couple memory sticks then plug the memory sticks into a memory port and after you have these plugged in then check to see if you still have only one drive F: available. There should be at least two if you have plugged in two memory sticks. Now to remove the memory sticks you can do it either by shutting down your computer and after the power is off then remove the memory sticks or use the eject method for each device when you look at what memory devices you have on your computer. Use click start>Computer> then select each memory stick device and right click your mouse on that device and select eject. What make of computer are you using and operating system?
