Using latest version of FTM2014 with Windows 8.1 When previewing a book index the panel to the right displays "buttons" titled Index Options and Aa which should permit making changes to how the index will display and print. Unfortunately, when I click on either button nothing happens. Any suggestions as to how to make these buttons work? Thanks, Tom Herson Ithaca, NY
