Russ I am using Windows 8.1 on a 64 bit PC. I deleted the Index for the book I have been working. I set up the Index again but the Options and Aa buttons in the right-hand panel are not operative. Then I created a new test book, created an Index but the right panel options are still not operative in the Test book.
