    1. [FTM-TECH] Removal of Entries in FastFields List

    3. You can also do it as you encounter them with the "change" option. It is the same method you would use if you were actually CHANGING the location. For example, I wanted enter "Kingston, Ontario" as a location. Somehow, I typed in "Kington, Ontario" and didn't notice it. I continue to use this wrong one not noticing that I had a typo. Then I do notice it when I type in "Kingston Ontario" and the fastfield gives me the wrong one. I select it, then CHANGE it to read "Kingston, Ontario". FTM pops up a window asking me if I want to change ALL entries or only this one. This time I would select ALL, and all my entries are corrected. As with Tim's method, because the incorrect one is no longer in use, it is removed from the FastField. Lorraine Sherren Date: Mon, 18 May 2015 09:35:10 -0400 From: "Timothy N. West" <tim_west@verizon.net> It is possible to remove a single entry but long winded. The fact the erroneous entry exists in the fast field is because that entry is being used somewhere within your database. You must find where that entry is being used and correct it. Once all of the erroneous entries have been found and corrected, then the erroneous entry in the fast field list automatically disappears. Use FTM's "find and replace" function under the "Edit" pull down menu. .tim west.
