I have not found a way in doing this. BUT, it is something that needs to be provided as all 4 of the different FastFields areas can get filled with error type of entries. Ian,David, You can CLEAR the FastField entries and create a new, clean list but going to Tools, Options, and unchecking the field you want to clear.
