    3. OK, thanks for the reply. Based upon this, it looks like an address is corrupted and when FTM attempts to use the address, Windows refuses to let it because it is our of the memory area assigned to FTM. Here are some actions you might take. 1. Perform the "deep compact". To do this, 1. open FTM 2. click File and click Close. This causes FTM to close the current file. 3. Press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt and then click C This should open a dialog window allowing you to browse to and select the file. 4. The Compact dialog box opens and should complete successfully. 5. Test the file to see whether you can delete the individuals or not. 2. If the Deep Compact did not clear the problem, I would try to backup the file and restore from the backup using the sync option . Test the backup to see if the problem is resolved. 3. If neither of these resolve the problem, Create a new file with one individual. Use an easy to remember name such as "Test Case". Now use File Merge to merge the old file into the new file. Once the merge is complete, you can delete "Test Case". Check the file. If the old individuals were included from the old file, try to delete them. If this is successful, you will need to delete the previous synced AMT and re-upload to a new AMT file. Good luck with your file.
