Yes, you can have FTM on both machines. I have done it when I go on vacation and use a different machine. Don't worry about the Registration process. It doesn't keep track of the machine. I suspect it simply turns on a flag in the file. I routinely have to register the program after I've reinstalled FTM for some reason.
