What you need to understand is that the Citation DETAIL will help complete the Reference Note go be close to 3.25 and the Reference Note on the top of page 139 That is where you describe what you are looking at. More like the 2nd example Reference Note. You want to Describe that document in the Citation Detail field. You will see the Reference Note updated when you tab out of the Citation Detail field. i use the Citation Text for my own use.
