Russ, We were typing at the same time. I'm not looking at the actual invitation right now, so I really didn't have more details to add into the Detail or Text fields. Anyway, when I fill the fields the way you suggest, and include "HAWS/LISOWSKI wedding invitation" in the Citation Detail, what I get is this: Christine Haws Bauman wedding invitation, April 1988; privately held by Christine Haws Bauman, Greenwood, Indiana, 2015. HAWS/LISOWSKI wedding invitation. The Reference Note examples on p. 139 shows the item for the lead, not the compiler . That's the issue I have with the generated note. But there doesn't seem to be a way around it, short of my copying and pasting to the reference note each time. But this discussion has made me notice the Italics and Underline buttons above the Reference note, left of the RESET button (in Sources view), so that has been something useful to find!
