When I went to the Places work area, the Map could not find it. So in the middle panel, I entered Ghana and the map produced it. It was a relative simple way of then pinning that geographic location to the Place name. So whenever I went to the place name Map it showed Ghana for the unresolved Place name Gold Coast.
